Cali Dreamin’

Our time in L.A. has finally come to an end. After an amazing week in the city, we packed our bags yesterday to make our way up the coast to San Francisco.

Our final days in Southern California were filled with adventures. From visits to the Getty Museum to a day trip to Malibu (it took us two hours to go 20 miles … don’t even get me started) to brunch in Beverly Hills, we made sure our days were action packed (and packed with food).

Although I wish that we had more time, I know that I’m going to cherish the memories of singing “Malibu” in the car at the top of my lungs (much to the annoyance of everyone after the hundreth time) and hearing Rachel say “sick action” about literally everything for years to come.

The gardens at the Getty Museum.

Overlooking L.A. from the Getty.

Taking a break on our hike to Escondido Falls.

After a long hike to the falls, we headed to Rocky Beach in Malibu to see the sunset.

On one of our final days we found the famous L.A. wings and of course had to get our touristy pictures.

And of course no trip to L.A. would be complete without a visit to Venice Beach.

L.A. I’ll miss you, but don’t worry I’ll be back real soon 💕.

    Hi Kelsey,
It looks like you are having a great time with your friends. You’re smart to travel while you are young. It’s fun to visit different places. I enjoyed reading about your trip and seeing the beautiful pictures.
